1) New books!
When out celebratory-shopping yesterday (end of semester, hell yeah!), I had initially decided to get myself a cute pair of red boots (which I still haven't located. If anyone knows a great place to get boots like that, please tell me! Hehe.), but when I passed QBD, there was quite a few books on sale which I wanted more than a pair of cute boots.
I <3 Louise Bagshawe's books, and the other 2 were a "oh why not" buy, and the bottom book, Daughter's of Fortune is fabulous! (Definitely not for the young ones, it's a bit racy...)
2. Locating "me" time
I haven't had enough of this lately =)
3. English Breakfast Tea
The week before last I had a cold, so long story short, I tried English Breakfast tea. So. Very. Good. And cheaper than buying a regular coffee too... ahh so great on a freezing autumn day...
4. The Magic School Bus
Growing up on these books, there's still a stash in the bookshelf at home. It totally saved my bacon on my last assignment (I'm studying education).
If you haven't read The Magic School Bus before, even if you're an adult, you totally should!!
5. Catching up on Blogs I Read
I highly recommend reading these too, they're packed with great photos, a great read and are just generally awesome! ...and for the last week, fabulous procrastination reading...
Next Sunday I'm house sitting and won't have access to the internet for a week, hopefully I can do all the crafty-cooking stuff that I want to! That means plenty of posts for weeks to come, in theory ;)
Until next time,
