Clef Canvasses!

I have the most awesome part-time job ever.

I'm a piano teacher.

When I graduate, I'd also love to get into classroom music - so like everything else, I've been pinning some ideas which could be useful when / if I do get into it.  Since a couple of my students are learning their notes at the moment, I thought that one of my pins (...sort of?  It's on the page that the original pin's on) would do the trick.  Rather than just printing it off, I wanted something slightly more... durable.

So I bought some paint and two cheap canvasses and have been using buttons to get my students to spell out words.  It definitely seems to work, which is fantastic.

Okok, my painting skills (despite tracing the clefs) aren't great, but they do the trick and besides - if I don't end up using them again, with some more paint I can have some adorable paintings!  So it's so a win-win either way.
